Some customers using Outlook 2007 may have been experiencing issues accessing their Exchange mailboxes. This appears to be related to a recent Microsoft Outlook update KB969907. Removing this update on the client PC appears to resolve the issue.
We are working with Microsoft for a permanent resolution to this. We can advise customers that removing this update does appear to resolve the issue, however we should also remind customers that Microsoft releases updates for a reason and we cannot be held accountable for any further issues due to removing this update.
Our engineers and Microsoft have identified the issue and small changes to your Outlook settings will resolve any problems you may be experiencing. Simply tick the box marked "On fast networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP" in the Exchange Proxy Settings.
Please note that Outlook Web Access is fully functional and is not affected by this.
